2       cups           Cooked rice

   1 1/2   cups           Fresh cilantro

     1/4   cup            Lime juice

     3/4   cup            Oil

     1/2   cup            Chopped onion

   2                     Garlic cloves -- crushed

                        Salt

                        Freshly ground black pepper

 

Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl.   Place the lime
